Alcohol Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise advertised, our paint pARTy events are for guests over18yrs. Whilst a liquor licence is not required to operate a BYO venue (Liquor Act 2007), Wave Art Studio take precautions to operate responsibly in our studios such as:
       * refusing entry to intoxicated guests;
       * providing drinking water;
       *  encouraging responsible alcohol consumption to all guests, including asking guests to stop consuming alcohol;
       * Ask intoxicated guests to leave the studio;
        * Following Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols.
The following beverages are accepted as BYO options; Beer; Wine; Cider;Premixed sealed beverages.
The consumption of shots or straight liquor is not permitted in Wave Art Studio.
This includes bringing in separate products to mix in-studio.
It is illegal for any person to supply liquor to a minor or permit a minor to drink liquor in a BYO venue. Wave Art Studio prohibit underage drinking and will be entitled to refuse entry to or eject any guests who contravene this provision. Fines and or other penalties may also apply to the individuals and to the venue as governed by applicable laws and local authorities.

We prefer all bookings are mode 24 hours prior to event, to ensure we can set up and be prepared for your session.

All goods and services are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars. All goods and services, availability and prices are subject to change. Wave Art reserves the right to modify, change or discontinue goods and services without notice to you.

On occasion we will need to cancel an advertised service. No fees will be charged to you in this situation. We can refund or credit clients who had paid if we cancel the session. 

No refunds provided if you cancel a session. We can organise in special circumstances a credit to attend another session of equal of lessor value.

All fees are to be paid in advance, prior to the start of a session.

Payment Options include online, via eftpos facilities in Studio or via direct deposit into Wave Art Pty Ltd Bank Account

Details of bank details will be on tax invoices sent to you via email.

Ownership

All content on this website are property and owned by WAVE ART PTY LTD. The website and services offered are original and not copied from anywhere else. 

Liability and Indemnity

Wave Art is not liable to you or any third party for any loss or profit or any consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or under, related to Wave Art services or website and goods or services offered. All belongings brought into the Wave Art studio are the responsibility of the owner and therefore any damages or loss are not the responsibility of Wave Art Pty Ltd.

We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions or misleading information on the website or marketing channels. 

Photography and Videography

Unless stipulated in writing prior to your session, you by registering and attending a session, you have implied and expressed permission for Wave Art to use any recordings we make, which may contain images of you, or child in your care, for the portion and advertising of Wave Art business. 

All staff will hold a current Working With Children Check.

The Director will oversee all interactions with children, ensuring children are never placed in a situation where they are left unsupervised. Children using the bathroom, will be accompanied by an adult. Child Safety Policies and Procedures are current. 

All children aged 5yrs to 12yrs attending Wave Art Studio require the Enrolment Form to be completed. It is up to the Parent(s) to ensure all contact and health information is up to date by completing a new form. 

Walking Bus route is via Ernest Street to Alexander Street.

Children are welcome to bring a snack.

Food is NOT provided by Wave Art.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for people with a disability to access the supports and services they need, including therapies and social and community activities.

Wave Art accepts clients who have funding engage in community, social and/or recreational activities' such as our  Workshops and Classes.
