⏰ 2-Hour Paint pARTy (Most Popular)

• Up to 10 children: $550
• Additional children (11–20): $50 per child

⏰ 3-Hour Paint pARTy (Extended / Premium)

(Ideal for older children, teens or adults – larger canvases & relaxed pace)

• Up to 10 guests: $770 includes GST
• Additional guests: $60 per person

Prices Subject to Change - We do our best to keep pricing accurate and transparent. Prices may change from time to time and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

📍 Location Options

• Studio-based: Intimate groups of 10 or larger groups up to 20 guests
• Offsite pARTies: Corporate Only. Available depending on location, space and facilities (travel/setup fees may apply)

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once a pARTy is confirmed and a non-refundable deposit is paid, the event may only be postponed(not cancelled).
• We are happy to work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued unless a major incident prevents the host from arriving.
• If a reschedule is not possible, a credit may be issued for use on other Wave Art services.

Arrival on the Day

• One adult may arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the event to set up personal decorations and BYO food.
• For safety reasons, the birthday child and additional guests should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the party starts. This allows us time to finalise preparations and greet you properly.
• pARTies run for 2 hours, and we kindly ask that all guests have packed up promptly to allow time for a smooth cleanup and preparation for the next session.

Health & Safety

• Food & Allergies: We do not provide food or drinks and accept no responsibility for allergic reactions during or after the party. Please ensure any food brought in is suitable for all attendees.
• Bathroom Facilities: Restrooms are located on the second floor. A responsible adult must accompany children when using the facilities.
• Supervision & Safety: While our pARTy instructors will create a safe and enjoyable environment, ultimate responsibility for children remains with the hosting parents/guardians. Please ensure adequate adult supervision throughout the event.

Photography & Social Media

• During your pARTy, we may take photographs or videos for use on our social media and promotional materials. If you prefer that your child or guests not be included, please let us know in advance. We respect your privacy and will accommodate any requests.

Special Note – Service Dog Safety

• Our friendly service dog, Pixie, is an important part of Wave Art. While she is well-trained and gentle, we ask that all children respect her space and follow safe interaction guidelines. Please ensure children do not disturb, feed, or overwhelm Pixie. 
• If any guests have allergies or concerns, kindly inform us in advance so we can accommodate their needs.

Special Note - Adult only Paint n Sip pARTies

• Wave Art Studio welcomes guests 18 years and older for private paint pARTies. We operate as a BYO venue and ensure responsible alcohol consumption by:
• Refusing entry to intoxicated guests.
• Providing drinking water and encouraging responsible drinking.
• Asking intoxicated guests to leave if necessary.
• Following Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
• Accepted BYO beverages include beer, wine, cider, and sealed premixed drinks. 
• Shots and straight liquor or separate mixing products are NOT permitted
• Underage drinking is prohibited, and we will refuse entry or remove guests in violation. Legal penalties may apply.
