Our Afterschool operates in line with NSW school terms
Afterschool Art Programs 2026
Our after-school art programs offer fun, relaxed and interactive lessons that blend individual and group instruction. Students enjoy hands-on, screen-free learning tailored to their age and skill level, with a strong focus on creativity, self-expression and artistic growth.
Our Teaching Team is led by Qualified Teacher and Artist, Ali Greene (Artist & Bachelor of Teaching). You can meet the Artists teaching each afternoon on our Meet the Artists page
2025 Term Dates
- Term 4: Tuesday 14 October – Friday 19 December 2025
2026 Term Dates
- Term 1: Monday 2 February – Thursday 2 April (9 weeks)
- Term 2: Wednesday 22 April – Friday 3 July (10 weeks)
- Term 3: Tuesday 21 July – Friday 25 September (10 weeks)
- Term 4: Tuesday 13 October – Thursday 17 December (10 weeks)
Casual & Term Bookings
Program Fee:
- $67 per session
- Term 1: $530 (9 weeks)
- Terms 2, 3 & 4: $580 each (10 weeks)
To keep our program running smoothly, we ask that families book all sessions in line with NSW public school terms. If your child’s school finishes earlier or you need more flexibility, you are welcome to use our casual booking options or join our Short Day Early Start School Holidays Program when available.
Make-Up Days (Credits):
Available for Term Bookings when a class is missed. Credits must be used within the same term, on a different day (subject to availability), or may be applied to our Kids Night Out event.
Pick-Up & Supervision Options
Bus Pick-Up: $5 per session
- Our bus service is provided by Community Connect, collecting from select local primary schools.
- Cammeray PS: Mon, Tue, Fri
- Greenwich PS: Tue, Thu
- North Sydney Demonstration School: Mon, Fri
- Willoughby PS: Wed
Walking Bus Pick-Up: $2.50 per session
- ANZAC PARK PS: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
Late Pick-Up Supervision
- Up to 30 minutes: $10

Visual Diaries are available for purchase.
Afternoon Tea
Please BYO afternoon tea.
We occasionally offer a little something special—like a cold Zooper Dooper on a hot day or a warm hot chocolate in winter—but we do not provide afternoon tea.
Kids Night Out
Each term we run a special Kids Night Out event—a fun, step-by-step pARTy to celebrate the end of term.
A separate booking fee applies, and missed class credits may be used toward this event.

If your school isn’t listed or you’d like pick-up on a different day, please get in touch—we’re happy to help. We also welcome any ideas or special requests, such as more 1:1 support, exploring different art mediums, or requesting a swap or days.
If there’s anything we should know to help support your child—including allergies, autism, ADHD, sensory needs, or other additional requirements—please let us know. All information is kept strictly confidential, and your input helps us create the best possible experience for every child.
